Another Happy New Bronx Co-op Buyer!
Some real estate professionals will tell you how challenging it can be to purchase property today, particularly if you need a mortgage. But the most intrinsically rewarding part of assisting home-buyers, especially first-timers, is their satisfaction (and yes, relief) after completing the process. Here's an unedited e-mail from a first-time homebuyer of a Bronx co-op I felt I had to share...
Dear Mr. Ettricks,
I wanted to take a
moment to thank you for all your assistance.
Even thought I took a 1st time homebuyers course to learn more about
buying a home, apparently it was not all inclusive. There were so many things that came up during
this purchase that required a trained professional. I was very fortunate to have you as that
professional.
What stuck out the most
about your service was the fact that you were always accessible when I needed
questions answered. It was much appreciated.
It made all the foolishness so much easier to deal with. I’m convinced
that my purchase must have been one of the most frustrating and nail biting
ones you’ve probably ever seen. I must apologize again for all the stupidity
you had to tolerate from virtually everyone on the sellers team.
I’ve learned a great
deal from this purchase and will put it to use during my next purchase. Thanks again and good luck in your future
endeavors.
Sincerely,
L.S.
